Prepared with 53 g of fruits per 100 g. Total sugar content 55 g per 100 g. Average nutritional values per 100 g, energy : 902 kJ (212 kcal), fats : < 0.5 g, of which saturated fatty acids : < 0.1 g, carbohydrates : 52 g, of which sugars : 52 g, protein : 0.6 g, salt : 0.01 g.

Keep cool after opening. Picked in France during the summer, when the cherries reach in maturity, the black cherries are in first candied, before being cooked by hand by Albert Ménès master-confiturier in opened copper cauldrons. This preparation preserves the naturally sweet taste of cherry, as well as the fondant texture of the whole fruit.
