Ideal for savory (plain breads, country breads, olive breads, dried fruit breads, pizza dough, ...) and sweet pasta. Vahiné, it's inflated ! Directions for use : Traditional Baker's Yeast of Vahiné needs to be rehydrated before incorporating it into the recipe. Dosage : 1 sachet for approximately 500 g of T55 flour. 1) pour the sachet of yeast in 4 tablespoons of water or lukewarm milk (30°C), 2) let rest for 15 minutes then mix. The yeast is ready, then follow the directions in your recipe. Vahiné tip : 1 sachet of 8 g corresponds to 24 g of fresh yeast and is used, once rehydrated, in the same way.
