To prepare 3 bowls : 1) Boil 750 ml of water. Bring to a low heat, then pour the content of the sachet while stirring with a whisk. 2) Simmer 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. No need to salt. Enjoy your meal ! Dehydration is one of the oldest methods of preserving food : it simply involves removing water from ingredients in order to maintain their quality and flavor. It does not require the addition of preservative.
