It will bring hold and fondant to all your desserts : creams, mousses, jellies, panna cottas, sorbets, ice creams, ... Instructions for use : dosage : 1 sachet of 2 g for 50 to 60 cl of liquid/semi-liquid preparation. 1) dilute the contents of the sachet in 5 cl of cold preparation or disperse it in sugar, 2) incorporate while whisking into the rest of the preparation. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes, stirring. Vahiné tip : let the preparation cool down if you need to incorporate it into whipped cream or fresh cheese.
