Ingredients : dried tomatoes partially rehydrated with short bouillon 55 % (tomatoes 32 %, salt, composition of the short bouillon : water, white wine (sulfites), alcohol vinegar, fresh onions, sugar, spices), extra virgin olive oil 22 %, sunflower oil 22 %, basil, oregano. Average nutritional values per 100 g. Energy : 924 kJ (221 kcal), fat : 13 g, including saturated fat : 1.8 g, carbohydrates : 21 g, including sugars : 5.5 g, protein : 4.3 g, salt : 7.3 g.
These elongated tomatoes, dried under the sun of the south from Italy, are stored by hand and then candied in a mixture of oils and herbs from Provence. Keep cool after opening.
