Ingredients : soft wheat flour, fresh eggs, butter, sugar, rum raisins 8.6 % (raisins 7.2 %, rum), semi-candied oranges 7.6 % (sugar, oranges 3.6 %, acidifier : citric acid), sweeted and dried cranberries 5 % (sugar, dried cranberries 2 %, sunflower oil), invert sugar syrup, natural flavors of vanilla (contains alcohol) and orange, baking powders : diphosphates and sodium carbonates (wheat), salt, emulsifier : lecithins (soy). Traces of nuts. Keep dry, away from the heat and light. The Bonne Maman recipe to make at home. For 30 small cakes. Before you start : soak 80 g raisins in rum. Whisk together 4 whole eggs, 170 g sugar and a pinch of salt until the mixture whitens. Sift 210 g flour with 3/4 sachet of yeast and 20 g corn starch, gradually stir in eggs/sugar mixture without stopping mixing. When the mixture is smooth, add 190 g of melted butter and mix until you get a homogeneous paste. Finally, add in the paste, the drained raisins, 50 g dried cranberries and 70 g semi-candied oranges. Mix gently and spread the pste in small cake molds previously buttered and floured if necessary. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C. Remove the small cakes on a rack and let cool.
