May contain traces of nuts. "The Rousquille of Reflets De France is the result of a "Catalan" know-how transmitted for more than three generations in Perpignan. It is a fondant cookie covered with a light icing scented with lemon. Originally, the Rousquilles were produced and sold in Vallespir and in the plain from Roussillon by itinerant merchants who presented them suspended along a small wooden stick."
