Store best protected from the heat and humidity. The Reflets De France products reconnect with the know-how of each terroir, which is the richness of French culinary heritage. "The Norman shortbread is a specialty of the region of Reflets De France. In the traditional pure butter recipe, some added cream, others milk skin, hard egg yolks and fruits zests or spices such as vanilla or cinnamon. The shortbread with apples of Reflets De France is part of this tradition since it combines fresh cream and apple with Norman shortbread. The used cream in the recipe of Reflets De France is the famous cream d'Isigny (PDO) which, in addition to its delicate taste, gives to the shortbread a characteristic crunch."
